Vuelta Stage Report: Jumbo-Visma's Primož Roglič was the big favourite to win the individual time trial and take the lead of the 2019 Vuelta a España. The Slovenian was by far the fastest on the difficult and technical course to Pau in southern France. Roglič now leads the Spanish Grand Tour by 1:52 from World champion, Alejandro Valverde (Movistar).

Vuelta Rest Day No.1: The first nine days of the 2019 Vuelta a España are now just dust, or in the case of stage 9 in Andorra - mud! Ed Hood is in a virtual Andorran café to review the Spanish action so far and give us his unique view on the Grand Tour as it takes its first rest day in the Pyrenees.

Vuelta Stage Report: Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates) won the short Andorra stage 9 in a grand manner. The 20-year-old Slovenian attacked the final climb to Cortals d'Encamp, three kilometres from the finish Pogacar jumped from the wheel of Nairo Quintana (Movistar). Quintana took over the red jersey from Nicolas Edet (Cofidis).

Vuelta Stage Report: The first road stage of the 2019 Vuelta a España was surprisingly won by Movistar's Nairo Quintana. The Colombian climber managed to ride away from an elite group in the finale, and then to solo into the finish in Calpe. The red leader's jersey is now on the shoulders of Nicolas Roche (Sunweb), who took it from Miguel Ángel López (Astana).

PeloPics: The 2019 Vuelta a España presented the competing teams on Thursday in front of a large multi-national crowd in the Spanish resort town of Moraira. The opening event was shown on live TV with all the razzmatazz of a Grand Tour, PEZman Alastair Hamilton was there to take in the fun.

Vuelta Preview: The third Grand Tour of the year rolls down the team time trial ramp in the Spanish resort town of Torrevieja on Saturday evening for one of the most open Vuelta a España's for years. Stage Report: Movistar's Nairo Quintana hadn't shown much interest in the Tour so far, but then the Alps arrived today. The Colombian was part of the early break, but rode away from the others on the Galibier to cross the line solo. Team Ineos attacked; Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck - Quick-Step) survived to hold the lead, but Egan Bernal moved into second place overall.

Stage Report: Nairo Quintana (Movistar) took a wonderful victory on the short and punchy stage 17 of the Tour de France as he distanced everyone to take the first every victory at the Col du Portet. Chris Froome was distanced as Sky had the decision of who is their leader taken out of their hands as Geraint Thomas took time from everyone.

Quintana's Tour Preview: The 2018 Tour de France starts on the French coast on Saturday the 7th of July and the teams are wound up for the big 'Grand Depart'. The Movistar team is starting with three leaders, Nairo Quintana. Alejandro Valverde and Mikel Landa. We have the first of a three-part series with Blues' big names for the 'Grande Boucle'.
