Race Preview: Tour de France race director, Christian Prudhomme, presented the 2020 French Grand Tour route in Paris on Tuesday. The 107th edition of the Grand Boucle includes 29 categorised climbs (Cat.2 and above), 6 summit finishes, gravel roads and one mountain time trial. Retro Vuelta Winners Bike: Egan Bernal was the first Colombian to win the Tour de France, but Lucho Herrera was the first Colombian and South American to win a Grand Tour - La Vuelta a España 1987. Both Bernal and Herrera rode a Pinarello, Herrera later in his career. Ed Hood has a look at an exact replica of Herrera's Pinarello from Treviso.

Race Report: The 19-year-old Remco Evenepoel was the convincing winner of the Clásica San Sebastián. The young Belgian from Deceuninck - Quick-Step dropped his break companion, Toms Skujins (Trek-Segafredo), and soloed into San Sebastián 38 seconds ahead of the chasers. CCC's Greg Van Avermaet was second, Marc Hirschi (Sunweb) third.

Stage Report: Lotto Soudal's Caleb Ewan won the final stage of the 2019 Tour de France on the Champs-Elysées. The Australian was the best in the mass sprint after 128 kilometres into the centre of Paris, Dylan Groenewegen (Jumbo-Visma) finished a close second. Egan Bernal (Ineos) finished flanked by his teammate and second overall, Geraint Thomas.

Stage Report: Vincenzo Nibali (Bahrain-Merida) won the shortened stage 20 to Val Thorens. Just after the start, the Italian sneaked into the escape group to eventually go solo for the stage victory. Egan Bernal (Ineos) successfully defended his yellow jersey, while Steven Kruijswijk (Jumbo-Visma) pushed on to the podium at the expense of Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck - Quick-Step).

Stage Report: Stage 19 of the Tour de France was neutralised by hail on the route. The times were taken at the top of the Col de l’Iseran. Egan Bernal and Simon Yates were in the lead. The next group behind with Geraint Thomas, Steven Kruijswijk and Emanuel Buchmann, were more than a minute down. The yellow jersey, Julian Alaphilippe, was at more than two minutes.

Sidi scored a fantastic victory with Egan Bernal at the Tour de Suisse. The young Colombian ace really wanted this success and he went for it, building his big win with a victory in the major stage, which featured a climbing arrival on the St. Gotthard Pass.
