Race Report: The 19-year-old Remco Evenepoel was the convincing winner of the Clásica San Sebastián. The young Belgian from Deceuninck - Quick-Step dropped his break companion, Toms Skujins (Trek-Segafredo), and soloed into San Sebastián 38 seconds ahead of the chasers. CCC's Greg Van Avermaet was second, Marc Hirschi (Sunweb) third.

Race Report: The Northern Spanish Classic always has an exciting finale with its crucifying climbs of the Jaizkibel and Arkale and today was no exception. Young Tony Gallopin chose the correct moment to take an opportunist lead from a very strong beak and took it to the line. The “new Guard” comes to the fore!
