Roadside Report: The last stage of the Tour of the Gila is known as the Gila Monster and on Sunday it certainly lived up to its name. It's simply a beast of a stage through some amazing countryside but over some truly torturous climbs.
Roadside Report: Stage 4 is crit day in Gila and as always it was a superb day of racing for all grades on a testing circuit with a supporting crowd and a great atmosphere. Fast paced action, a change in GC and even a kid's race - it was just a fun day of racing in Silver City.
Roadside Report: Everyone from the Cat 4s to the men's and women's pro squads took on the 16.2 mile time trial during Stage 3 and once again PEZ was there to capture all the action. The tough out and back course which was far from flat saw a few surprises and some changes in the GC standings...
Roadside Report: There were thankfully less crashes on Stage 2 but it was still an action packed day in the Tour of The Gila as the pelotons raced through some more spectacular countryside in New Mexico. Angelica and Travis Dixon were there for PEZ to capture it all.
Roadside Report: It was an action packed Stage 1 of the Tour of The Gila on Wednesday from Silver City to Mogollon and PEZ was there roadside to take it all in. Unfortunately a massive crash took out a large portion of the men's peloton but despite that there was still some great racing and spectacular scenery on display.
Arnaud Grand of the BMC Development Team won the Grant County sprint classification Sunday at Silver City's Tour of the Gila, while teammate Silvan Dillier was the team's best finisher overall in 12th place.
