Photog's Veiw: I hope all the PEZ fans enjoyed viewing my images posted in Pelo Pics throughout this year’s UCI World Championships. I had big expectations for the venue and the caliber of racing I was likely to experience, and Richmond did not disappoint!
Photog's View: Normally when photographer David Gill goes to a bike race he is working and has a specific plan of action for the best possible photos. But at this years World road race championships in Richmond, David was there as a fan. No pressure, but a different view form the other side of the barriers from the 'credited' lens-men. David does Richmond:
To say I was disappointed to hear of the demise of the Bucks County Classic Road Race is a huge understatement. I really loved capturing the grandeur of a bike race on the roads I grew up on. John Eustace came through with a great replacement, the Reading 120. The course was a grand showcase for the country roads of eastern Pennsylvania.
Now in its 5th year, the USA Pro Challenge has become a main event on the US racing calendar. This year’s edition was full of exciting racing and beautiful Colorado scenery. Here's a little insight into some of the images I captured during my week in the mountains of Colorado!
Photographer, Darrell Parks, stayed on after the Air Force Association Cycling Classic Clarendon Cup for the next days Crystal Cup in Arlington, Virginia. More excitement, more heat, but thankfully less crashes on the Sunday.
Every year our man in Virginia, Darrell Parks, is road-side in Arlington for the Air Force Association Cycling Classic and this year is no different. As always he gets the best pic from the race course and is always in the right place at the right moment for the best action shots.
Photographer Darrell Parks is becoming part of the furniture at the Philadelphia International Cycling Classic and this year was no different. This time around the woman's race was the main event and is part of the UCI World Cup series, but there was no change to the exciting racing and Darrell's great photographs.
The Winston-Salem race week-end is becoming one of the most important events in the US, so we sent photographer David Gill down to snap the best shots in the top races. David gets behind the scenes and amongst the action for his unique view of all things Winston-Salem.
The first two big races in northern Europe were at the week-end and PEZ had our photographer, Jack Chevell, there to take in as much of the cobblestone action as he could. This is how his Belgian trip panned out in the land of beer and bikes.
Photo Special: After the wet, yet spectacular road race on Saturday, the Sunday criterium turned out to be a dry yet equally spectacular affair. Ace photographer Darrell Parks runs us through some of his favorite photos from the mens and womens races at the Bucks County Classic, Doylestown Criterium.
Photo Report: Darrell Parks had a full-gas weekend at the 2014 Bucks County Classic, with a road race and a criterium he had his work cut out to bring us the best photos of the race action from Pennsylvania. This is Part 1 from the rain-soaked road stage with hard-man Zach Bell the deserved winner.
Photo Report: After the action of the 2014 Clarendon Cup was over on Saturday it was time for the men's and women's peloton to roll into Arlington and on to the demanding Crystal Cup the very next day. Darrell Parks was there once again for PEZ to capture all the best images.
The Air Force Cycling Classic’s Clarendon Cup is part of USA Cycling's National Criterium Circuit and has been one of the Washington DC region's premier Pro/Am races since 1998. It's known as one of the most difficult criterium races in the U.S. due to the technical course and big fields and always provides a great show for spectators. Ace photographer Darrell Parks was there for PEZ to take it all in.
Photo Report: The Philadelphia Cycling Classic is always one of the best races of the year on the North American Cycling Calendar. The sights, sounds and party atmosphere of the famous Manayunk wall have given the race legendary status amongst riders and fans alike and once again ace photographer Darrell Parks was in the middle of it all taking the best pics for PEZ.

PEZ Photog Wei Yuet Wong rounded out his month-long Classics’s adventure by shooting Liège-Bastogne-Liège, the oldest of them all, as the finale of his trip. Here are some of his favorite photos of the day…
Photog's Report: Fleche Wallone is defined by its passages up the fearsome Mur de Huy - 1200m of the steepest climbing you can find. PEZ photog Wei Yuet Wong was at the top for the men's and women's races, and filed his favorite 15 pics of the day.
PEZ-clusive: On the startline at the Amstel Gold, following the race and then at the finish, new PEZ contributing photographer Wei Yuet was there in the heart of the action. Here's the story of Wei's day from behind the lense following the Netherland's only Classic.
Even for long time roadside aficionados, finding your way through thousands of fans trying to see the tour of Flanders as many times as possible can be a challenge. My first time chasing de Ronde didn’t go exactly as planned, but that adventure made a great day, and some pretty cool photos too…
The third USA Pro Cycling Challenge drew to a close yesterday in downtown Denver in front of big crowds to see Tejay van Garderen take the GC title and Peter Sagan another stage victory. Once again ace photographer Darrell Parks was there to capture all the best images for PEZ.
