Every year our man in Virginia, Darrell Parks, is road-side in Arlington for the Air Force Association Cycling Classic and this year is no different. As always he gets the best pic from the race course and is always in the right place at the right moment for the best action shots.
Photographer Darrell Parks is becoming part of the furniture at the Philadelphia International Cycling Classic and this year was no different. This time around the woman's race was the main event and is part of the UCI World Cup series, but there was no change to the exciting racing and Darrell's great photographs.

The Air Force Cycling Classic’s Clarendon Cup is part of USA Cycling's National Criterium Circuit and has been one of the Washington DC region's premier Pro/Am races since 1998. It's known as one of the most difficult criterium races in the U.S. due to the technical course and big fields and always provides a great show for spectators. The Peter Sagan show rolled into town again in Colorado on Saturday with the Slovakian Champion notching his 3rd stage victory of the race so far. Before the peloton made it to Fort Collins though there was some fierce racing on offer and some more simply stunning Colorado scenery. Stage 4 was billed as the Queen Stage and it didn't disappoint with five KOMs on the way from Steamboat Springs to Beaver Creek. In the end, Janier Acevedo pulled out the stage win and Tejay van Garderen claimed the Leader's Jersey on a very tough and sometimes rainy day in Colorado.
