Georgia’08 St.4: Slipstream Storms Road Atlanta!

The long, severely difficult time trial from the past few years at the Tour of Georgia was replaced this year with a team time trial on the world famous Road Atlanta track – and it made for some amazing racing. Darrell Parks takes us inside the ropes for the PEZ view!The time gaps at the end of a thrilling day on the undulating Road Atlanta course were very small (just over a minute from first to last), but no worries, Brasstown Bald seems to do the trick most years, no?
Slipstream was top dog at the end of the day with Astana and High Road RIGHT behind. High Road kept Slipstream close enough to keep Greg Henderson in the lead for another day…as the race heads into the mountains for a finish in Dahlonega this afternoon. Two KOMs await the riders along with a very hilly parcours – keep it tuned to PEZ for all the latest!
