Trek Factory Racing has partnered with global technology leader Samsung. Trek and Samsung will work closely together to identify opportunities and challenges faced by the Trek Factory Racing Team, and will integrate Samsung mobile devices into the team training to improve capabilities. The feedback from the cycling team will also be reflected in Samsung’s future product development, and continue to enhance the mobile product experience.
Samsung will provide the team, coaches and staff with Samsung mobile devices, including the Galaxy S5, Gear portfolio (Gear, Gear 2, Gear Fit) and Galaxy Tab device to advance the team’s training efforts and communication capabilities.
As a team of riders from 17 countries with squads competing on up to three continents simultaneously, Trek Factory Racing will collaborate with Samsung to identify the challenges and opportunities of communication. And with the resources of Samsung devices, the riders and staff will be empowered to connect with their global fanbase like never before.
