Hushovd Runner-Up At Norwegian Time Trial Nationals
BMC Racing Team's Thor Hushovd earned the silver medal Thursday at the Norwegian individual time trial championships.

Enjoying Good Form
Hushovd powered his BMC timemachine TM01 to a time of 36:31 on the 30-kilometer course, 27 seconds off the winning time of Edvald Boasson Hagen (Sky Procycling), who won his sixth national time trial title in the past seven years. Reidar Bohlin Borgersen (Joker Merida) finished third, 42 seconds behind Boasson Hagen. Hushovd said despite the runner-up result, he felt good about his performance. "I am quite happy because I did quite a good time trial," he said. "Edvald is not an easy guy to beat. This shows that I have good form. The whole week I've had good form. I was on the winning team time trial and felt really strong in that, too. So I think for the road race on Sunday, I can be good then too." Hushovd had previously been national time trial champion in 2002, 2004 and 2005. He has twice won national road titles, in 2004 and 2010.
