    Up until 2013 the only UCI one day race in the UK was the Rutland-Melton Classic. The race is inspired by Paris-Roubaix and is run around the small farm roads of Leicestershire and Rutland in the East Midlands of the UK. PEZ sent Sam Larner to soak up the chip smells and ale fumes of Britain's only Classic.

    We've had everything from custom carbon, aero wonder superbikes and even museum stunners featured in Readers' Rigs but we've never had a bull horned, custom steel bike until today. Kevin from Lancanshire's unique steel ride certainly qualifies for Readers' Rigs though as he and his machine have a very cool story behind their time together that includes over 25 years of ownership of ups and downs and thousands upon thousands of miles.

    Race Report: A cold and wet Liège-Bastogne-Liège came up with a surprise win that gave the Sky team their first Monument win. Wout Poels has been a top performer so far this season and now he has put the icing on the cake with victory in 'La Doyenne'. Sky are now a Classics team!

    We have been following the career of Dan McLay since he first moved to Belgium in 2011, then in 2014 when riding for the Lotto Belisol Development team and last year after turning Pro for Bretagne-Séché Environnement team. So when McLay won the GP Denain, Ed Hood had to get hold the New Zealand born sprinter.

    Race Report: Movistar were the dominant team of the day, as soon as the flag dropped the men in dark blue were on the front with one aim in mind – to get Alejandro Valverde across the finish line on the Mur de Huy first. The telephone squad rode like a sprint train to deliver 'Balaverde' in place to unleash his finishing jump for his fourth Flèche Wallonne victory.
