Meet Mr. & Mrs. PEZ – First Steps Bliss!
Just in – actual photo of the first steps taken by the newly married PEZ and his lovely Bride – Mrs. PEZ. The dust has settled, the hangovers gone, and the honeymooners are back!

September 6th was the big day – and I’m pleased to say it went off without a hitch… Of course it’s now just a blurry memory, but a great one none the less. I sneaked in a short ride wedding day morning, and even the thunder showers during our afternoon photos couldn’t dampen the spirits of the happy couple (us!)

The toughest part was just before the ceremony began – waiting with my best man Eric in empty but vast billiards room at the age-old (and very distinguished) downtown Vancouver Club. No – I didn’t have cold feet, but was a bit like lining up for the big race – you know you’re ready, now you just want to get on with it!

The ceremony started at 5:10 PM sharp, and for me was the best part. Guests reported not a dry eye in the house (myself included). The night was a blast – just went too fast – followed by a slightly bummed mood on Sunday as we realized it was all over…

Our mood was soon lifted as the honeymoon started with 3 days in San Francisco, then Napa (I watched the race on tv while sipping a cool chardonnay), a drive to Palm Desert to rest up, and a final flurry of action in Las Vegas (what a town!)

Thanks to everyone who sent messages and well-wishes!

– Richard & Teresa
