    The cyclocross season is now in full swing with an on-going battle between World champion Wout Van Aert and Dutch champion Mathieu Van der Poel, but Ed Hood has gone back to Britain in the 60s and 70s to talk to multi-champion John Atkins.     The Fancy Bears hacking of the WADA/Olympic data base unearthed Bradley Wiggins' TUE use just before three important events has caused rumblings of doubt and calls of stretching the letter of the law. Wiggins has not broken the rules as they stand, but there is the moral question and whether or not the TUE system is wrong.
