The days are getting shorter and the temperatures are starting to plummet. It must be time to release my yearly cycling calendar. Every year the selection process gets a little more difficult as I seem to be able to fill up my 32GB memory cards quite quickly these days. Join me as I share my thoughts on how I narrowed thousands of images down to a 12 month calendar of my favorites.

Photo Report: After the action of the 2014 Clarendon Cup was over on Saturday it was time for the men's and women's peloton to roll into Arlington and on to the demanding Crystal Cup the very next day. Darrell Parks was there once again for PEZ to capture all the best images.
The Air Force Cycling Classic’s Clarendon Cup is part of USA Cycling's National Criterium Circuit and has been one of the Washington DC region's premier Pro/Am races since 1998. It's known as one of the most difficult criterium races in the U.S. due to the technical course and big fields and always provides a great show for spectators. Ace photographer Darrell Parks was there for PEZ to take it all in.
Photo Report: The Philadelphia Cycling Classic is always one of the best races of the year on the North American Cycling Calendar. The sights, sounds and party atmosphere of the famous Manayunk wall have given the race legendary status amongst riders and fans alike and once again ace photographer Darrell Parks was in the middle of it all taking the best pics for PEZ.
Photo Report: The final stage of the 2014 Tour of California around Thousand Oaks was anything but a procession with a dangerous breakaway, the eventual winner being dropped early and fighting back and of course some more spectacular Californian scenery. The third USA Pro Cycling Challenge drew to a close yesterday in downtown Denver in front of big crowds to see Tejay van Garderen take the GC title and Peter Sagan another stage victory. Once again ace photographer Darrell Parks was there to capture all the best images for PEZ.
The Peter Sagan show rolled into town again in Colorado on Saturday with the Slovakian Champion notching his 3rd stage victory of the race so far. Before the peloton made it to Fort Collins though there was some fierce racing on offer and some more simply stunning Colorado scenery. Once again our photographer Darrell Parks was there to capture it all.
The crucial time trial was held in Vail on Friday and once again our ace photographer Darrell Parks was there to capture all the action.
Stage 4 was billed as the Queen Stage and it didn't disappoint with five KOMs on the way from Steamboat Springs to Beaver Creek. In the end, Janier Acevedo pulled out the stage win and Tejay van Garderen claimed the Leader's Jersey on a very tough and sometimes rainy day in Colorado. Darrell Parks was there with his cameras for PEZ and here's what he saw.
Stage 3 saw another great day of racing in Colorado topped off with yet another Peter Sagan victory and all with a background of simply superb scenery. Our photographer Darrell Parks was on the motorbike today to catch all the action.
